Serious buyers remain active, and we’re already seeing signs that sellers are preparing to position their homes ahead of the traditional March and April surge.
Elgin (89) and Bartlett (64) continue to show the highest overall inventory levels in the immediate area.
St. Charles/Campton Hills (60) remains strong, with a significant share of new construction.
Attached inventory remains dominant in Schaumburg (46 attached) and Bartlett (42 attached).
Ultra-tight inventory persists in Medinah (1), Itasca (5), and Wayne (2).
