If I could give 6 stars in every category, I would. Candy and Dave were an absolute joy in working with. They were available pretty much any time that I needed them. When we had a home fall through they were already prepared with further options, which included the home we ended up purchasing. I have to give them all the respect in the world for their integrity. Candy and Dave go out of their way to get you the best deal possible and save money. Given that this cuts into their bottom line, this speaks for their commitment to their clients. They are also HAWKS. They will not rest until they get everything they can get done for their clients. Buying a home is a nerve-racking experience. Candy was able to talk me off the ledge a few times. They are extremely knowledgeable. When picking an agent, it matters to have someone who is well connected. A relationship with a realtor is based upon a high degree of trust. Trust that your realtor is able to understand what you are looking for with a home. Trust that they have the right pulse on the market. Trust that they will look out for your best interests. My wife and I owe a lot to Candy and Dave being trustworthy, dependable, and getting a relatively difficult deal done. Anyone who is looking for a home, please reach out to them.
