Elgin continues to dominate as the highest-inventory town in the group with 126 active listings, followed by Schaumburg at 88 and St. Charles/Campton Hills at 82. On the flip side, Medinah (1), Itasca (8), and Wayne (7) remain the tightest markets with minimal supply.
