We never sell your data

This is the big one, so we’ll say it first and say it clearly: Team Goddard does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Your name, email, phone number, and anything you share with us stays with us. We’re real estate agents, not data brokers.

We won’t fill up your inbox

We don’t spam. If you sign up for updates or a market report, you’ll hear from us at most once a month — usually less. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click removes you for good. No hoops, no “are you sure?” guilt trips.

What we track, and why

Being honest here: yes, like almost every website, ours uses a few standard tools to understand how people use it. We use these to see which pages are helpful, fix what isn’t, and occasionally show our listings to people who’ve visited and might be looking to buy or sell. Specifically:

• Google Analytics — anonymous, aggregated traffic data (which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from). We can’t see who you personally are from this.
• Google Ads & Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures whether our ads are working and lets us reach past visitors who might want our help. Standard advertising measurement.

None of this involves selling your information — it’s measurement and advertising, the same way most businesses run their websites. You can turn most of it off yourself (see “Your choices” below).

Information you give us directly

If you contact us, request a home valuation, get pre-approved, or save searches and favorites through our property search, we collect what you provide so we can actually help you. We use that information for one thing: to help you buy or sell a home. We don’t repackage it or hand it off to third parties.

Property search accounts

Our home search lets you create an account to save favorites and searches. That data is used to serve you listings and alerts you asked for. You can delete your account or ask us to remove your information anytime.

Your choices

• Emails: Unsubscribe from any email with one click.
• Ad tracking: Adjust your Google Ad Settings and Facebook Ad Preferences, or use your browser’s privacy/Do Not Track settings.
• Your data: Want to know what we have, or want it deleted? Just ask — contact info below.
