Yes, Dave and Candy Goddard are in the Real Estate business. But first and foremost, they are in the relationship building business. That was evident the very first time we met them. They didn’t talk numbers and strategies. They talked about us, my wife and I …our needs and desires…and the emotional part of selling a home…our home. In essence, they knew how to adapt to the personality of the home owner to make the process as simple and easy as possible. Candy is unbelievably great with numbers and Dave is the salesman’s salesman, but not high pressure! What a duo! We have and will continue to recommend them. Thank you guys for all you did for us!
