Highly Recommend – Buyer

Dave and Candy are the only people I would ever hire to help us buy a house again. They shot us straight 1000% of the time, and truly worked hard for us. We looked for foreclosed and regular for sale homes, for about month, before we decided on our home. We bid on quite a few, and got deep into the foreclosure process on a couple before we decided to go with a for sale home. Dave and Candy were available to us just about 24/7 while we were going through the process, and did not push one way or the other, just because they would have made more money on a foreclosure. They truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Dave’s negotiating skills with buyers, and knowledge of these markets is unmatched. Dave and Candy make a great team. When one was unavailable, we could always call the other. The Goddards have alot of industry connections that made the home buying process alot easier. We used their recommendation for mortgage broker, real estate lawyer, and home inspector. 2/5/2009
