Highly Recommed – Seller

Dave and Candy were instrumental in getting what I assumed to be an impossible short sale done in record time. Their constant communication between the bank, my attorney and myself was rewarding and certainly was the only reason this deal worked out. In addition, I was out of town the whole time the negotiations took place and they handled everything long distance with not a hitch, including the closing. I would highly recommend Dave and Candy to anyone…their dedication and respect cannot be topped. 3/18/2013
