Dave and Candy have been such a blessing for us now for two purchases. Each time we have worked with them they have worked tirelessly to sell our houses and to help us find a new property. In negotiations they were strong advocates for us and I believe they got us the very best deal possible. When dealing with contracts and closings, Dave and Candy were organized and dedicated until the very end. Perhaps my favorite thing about working with Dave and Candy is their honesty with us. When everyone was telling us one thing about how easy it would be to sell our house, Dave and Candy were careful to set proper expectations for us so that we were more often than not, pleasantly surprised by events. Our house sold quickly and for a good price and we were able to celebrate that with them because we were prepared that it could have gone a different way. Now that we no longer live in Illinois, we will not be able to work with Dave and Candy anymore, but if they had been able to work in Georgia, we surely would have contracted with them again. You will never find a more hard-working, honest, and motivated realtor.
