Candy and Dave helped me Rent out my townhome and purchase my new home. They made the process smooth for me as a first time landlord and renting out my property, walking me through the entire process and finding me tenants. Than they helped us find out dream home, their patience while we looked at numerous houses and their guidance during the process was unbelievable. They are always available to answer any questions you have, they go out of the way to make sure you are comfortable and they very knowledgeable about everything in the home market.
