Highly Recommend – Buyer

Dave and Candy Goddard are truly one in a million. Dave was the 5th realtor that I met, and I knew right away he would be the guy to help me buy a house. I am a single mother of a disabled child and he was very patient and understanding. I knew we would be looking for houses for a while because i had a low budget. Dave didn’t have a problem with that at all. He worked with me for 7 months before we finally found the right one. Just when I thought realtors were all scum I found Dave and Candy and then my house.
