Dave and Candy are extremely knowledgeable about so many different towns! Since we were first time home buyers, they really helped us look at houses differently and pointed out important issues that could cost a lot of money to fix that we would not have known about before even getting an inspection done! They have great follow through and are very dependable throughout the process, not to mention friendly and realistic about the markets! Will definitely work with them again! 7/26/2013
