Candy and Dave were extremely helpful guiding me through the process of purchasing my first home. Their combined knowledge helped me select the best home for my needs. Dave is especially knowledgeable about house construction and was able to point out some deficiencies during the visits to potential homes. He was able to provide advice on a home’s general construction, plumbing, electrical and HVAC to determine. They recommended an excellent attorney and finance firm.
