Highly Recommend

First of all you get two for the price of one and they work great together! David and Candy sold my home within a week and for top dollar, and also helped us find the home of our dreams! They are very knowledgeable of the market values and the different variables that contribute to price variation. To give you an idea I met with 3 other realtors that were recommended to me prior to choosing David and Candy who were also recommended to me. One wanted to list my home $20k cheaper and other $15k cheaper and the third again $12k cheaper, which all failed to understand the comps they were using to price out my house. one was in a different school district, another under priced home had a foundation issue that was disclosed. When looking for a home David had great attention to detail and looks in every cravasse to make sure no issues or short cuts were taken, as well as a great knowledge around cost and craftsmanship for many things throughout a home. I referred them to my brother and highly recommend them to anyone else!
