My husband and I were first time home owners that were recommended to the Goddard’s from a friend, and we couldn’t have made a better decision going with them. They responded quickly (within minutes to less than an hour) about seeing new homes and would schedule showings for the same day. Throughout the whole process they would message us to see if we had any questions and if there was anything they could do to help us- even when it was past their legal obligation to do so.
